Lily ~ Four Months

Lily is growing by the day! She has had a rough month with a cough that just won't seem to go away. We are keeping our fingers crossed that it will be completely gone when she finishes her current antibiotic.

4 month stats:

Height - 23 1/4 inches (20th percentile)

Weight - 14 lbs 11 ounces (75th percentile - love those cheeks!)

Head - 39.9 cm (24th percentile)

Thanks cousin Elizabeth for letting me borrow your dress! Also, ever since you let me borrow your bow at lunch I have been wearing one for all my pictures.

Family Fun

We had lots of fun last weekend while my family was here visiting. After Lily's baptism we came home and the kids decorated Valentine's cookies.
On Monday we went to Blackbeard's Cove where the cousins had fun playing games and eating pizza.

My parents stayed for the whole week and took care of Grace and Lily so that they didn't have to go to "school." Morgan had the week off from school and it was her turn to spend the week with her cousins too. They had fun going to The Children's Museum, Chuck E. Cheese and taking walks around the neighborhood. She was such a big helper with the girls.

Grace enjoyed having a dog for the week. She loves Bailey, but I think it is because she's allowed to tell him "no."

Lily's Baptism

On Saturday my family arrived so that they could be here for Lily's special day. On Sunday we went to Columbia to get Lily baptized at Brooks' family's church. It was a wonderful service and great to have both families together. We celebrated afterward by going out to lunch with the whole crew of grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Happy Valentine's Day

Grace has had lots of fun making Valentine's Day cards this year. She had a great day at "school" yesterday celebrating with a party. I think her favorite part of the holiday is the chocolate, wonder where she gets that from?

Lily's first Valentine's Day will be a special one because she is getting baptized. We are looking forward to spending time with family and celebrating this special day.

SNOW!!

I didn't believe that it was going to happen, but it snowed in Charleston! It started last night when we were putting the girls to sleep. Luckily there was some to play in when we woke up. It is already starting to melt, but at least we were able to run around in it for a little while.

Afternoon at the Park

We went to a park on Isle of Palms today to eat lunch and play. Even though it was a lot colder than we thought, we had lots of fun. Grace loved sitting at the picnic tables to eat and enjoyed the big playground. We will have to go back soon when it gets a little warmer.
