Shem Creek Park

We have had lots of fun these past few weeks! Last weekend we had a blast hanging out with the LaFountains and Mark. The girls are still talking about them - and you should hear Lily say Mark. At times she has a thick northern accent (wonder where she gets that from?). We also have been playing lots with neighbors, taking trips to the book store for story time, and visiting lots of parks. We are looking forward to longer days and the warmer weather that is on its way!

On Saturday we went to Shem Creek park and walked on the long boardwalk. We've been wanting to check it out and it was the perfect day to be on the water. After a long walk, we stopped in at Vickery's for a family lunch. Here are some pictures from our walk...

I took my camera to get cleaned this weekend and they mailed it off. It will not be ready for 4-6 weeks! Mad at myself for procrastinating, but at least I have a back up and it will be nice and clean for all the summer pictures I will want to take.
