Football and Fun

We headed to Columbia on Friday to watch the Gamecocks play and spend time with family. The girls love being Gamecocks and look forward to cheering for them every weekend, so they were excited to be outside to see all the fans and experience tailgating. They even got to meet real cheerleaders (but wouldn't pose for a picture). Grace loved the tattoo that Aunt Kelly gave her and would have kept it on forever if we let her (Brooks promised her he would buy some more). Brooks and I had lots of fun going into the stadium and watching the Gamecocks win! Thanks again to Missy for watching the girls. Here are some pics from tailgating:

On Sunday, we went to Charles Towne Landing and the girls loved seeing all the animals. They especially liked the big bear which reminded them of the movie Brave.

Happy Labor Day

We had lots of fun with Nana and Papa this labor day weekend! We were in need of some rest, but also some fun after a crazy start to the school year. On Saturday, we spent the day in Myrtle Beach. We ate lunch at Broadway on the Beach and then spent the rest of the day at Family Kingdom. The girls had a blast on the the rides and it was a great day!
