I'm sad to say that I almost excluded Lily from this project because it involved glue. I knew she would want to do it "all by herself" and she did, but the girl is crafty! She does lots of projects at school, and really had fun making the snowflake ornaments.
build a gingerbread house,
and make reindeer food.
We made reindeer food (which was a little messier than I anticipated) to sprinkle outside on Christmas Eve. We used sugar, oatmeal, flour and glitter (which helps the reindeer fly).
Grace took this project pretty seriously and made sure she put lots of glitter so that the reindeer could find the food and fly throughout the night...
We are ready to feed Rudolph and
all the other reindeer on Christmas Eve!
